Home delivery

For Lithuania and Latvia:

• Home delivery is available within 2-5 days of ordering.
• Goods are delivered by DPD couriers.
• An additional charge applies for courier delivery.

For Other Countries:

• Orders are shipped via national postal services.
• Delivery to European countries typically takes 4-10 business days.
• Delivery to non-European countries typically takes 7-18 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during festive periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Mother’s or Father’s Day) for all destinations.

Return of goods

1. The buyer of Cheatless.food shall have the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 (fourteen) days without stating a reason if they have not been used, damaged or substantially altered in appearance, i.e. the appearance of the goods or the packaging has been altered only to such an extent as is necessary to enable the inspection of the goods received. The buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the goods in their original packaging in good condition and return all parts of the goods. The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
2. After returning the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.
3. Goods may be returned by contacting the contact details indicated on the Cheatless.food website, either verbally or in writing.
4. After receipt of the returned goods and after assessing the quality of the returned goods, the Seller, within 14 days of the return of the goods, shall refund to the Buyer the money paid for the goods and the costs of delivery. If only part of the Goods is returned, the delivery costs are not refunded. They shall be refunded in the event that all the Goods ordered are returned.
5. The Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. The VAT invoice and the order number must be provided upon return.
6. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods. If the product is not complete, the seller will not accept the returned product.
